It is my hope that you will find this website useful, whether you are simply browsing to get a general idea of what the real estate market is like in Livingston and southwest Montana, or whether you have to buy a home by the end of next month.

My goal is to provide you with as much information as possible about the real estate market here in Park and Gallatin Counties. As with most things in life, information is power. In the real estate business, behavioral and statistical patterns exist, and knowing a little about these can help a buyer negotiate a better purchase price, or encourage a seller to hold firm to their asking price in the face of a low offer.

The database of properties that you can access from this site represents everything listed in our immediate area, and I can provide you with more information or make an appointment for you to see any property listed here.
